Can I sign up my friends and family?

Yes, you can!

If you want to create a team, each registering participant will need their own unique email address to register.

If you would like to register multiple people using only one email address, please use our alternate registration form. 

(If you are signing up as a “team” instead of an individual, you will be emailed a unique URL code for your team fundraising page, you can invite your friends and family to visit this webpage and they can then sign themselves up under your team using that link)

How do I know if I am registered?

You should receive an email confirmation from us. If you did not receive this, please email us directly at sara@careforwomen.ca and we can confirm your registration for you.

How do I get my t-shirt?

Please pick up your t-shirt at the event on October 14, 2023. (At the Bevan entrance of Mill Lake)

Registration/t-shirt pick up begins at 8:30 am.

(T-shirts are only available to those that registered on or before Sept. 24, 2023)

Can I donate without attending the event?

Absoutley! Please visit our official event registration page and click the “Donate Now” button located at the top and the bottom of that webpage.  (A charitable tax receipt will be provided, via email)

Or you can donate directly through our website. 

(Donations can be done as a one-time payment or by becoming a montly donor. )

Can I donate additional funds while at the event?

You sure can! We will have a donation table where you can donate funds using cash, credit cards or e-transfer.

*Donations over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt

What is the "kids area?"

Our “kids area”  will have face painting, balloon animals, rock painting, crafts and more!

“Play Abby” will also be there with mascots and lawn games!

(The kids area opens at 9:00 am)

What food trucks will be there?

Stormy’s Smoothies, Bowls & Snacks

(Please bring money for food onsite)
